Hello! My name is Randy Buck and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I am intrigued by the human condition and love to experience the benefits of counseling with my clients. Counseling can be such a wonderful privilege that brings about the best for people. I focus primarily on Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Trauma/Abuse, and Relationship issues. In my experience, I have worked with most all counseling issues and have a comfort and familiarity with whatever we may face together. I have experience in IOP, Hospitals, Individual, and Couples. For some, addiction accompanies mental health issues, and the struggles are real.

I use a variety of approaches in counseling, but focus primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems approaches. Therapy involves the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual components to be most effective while occurring in a compassionate and supportive environment. My style is warm and supportive, while offering wisdom and a touch of reality as needed. Your time in therapy is not a time for judgement, but a time of healing and hope that can guide you through your struggle. I am willing to partner with you through your journey.
