I am licensed in Indiana with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. Many of my clients have struggled with relationships – relationships with children, parents, partners, self, jobs, or the world in which they live. I believe that people have been doing the best they know how even at their most troubled moment. Our job together is to help you find new ways of coping with life’s challenges. I provide a safe, non-judgmental place for you to share your thoughts and feelings. I will respect you for the person you are and honor your values and beliefs. We will work together on the goals you set for treatment, capitalizing on your unique personal strengths.
