Hi!
My name is Ralene and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have been working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, parents and families for over 20 years in many settings. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, social skills issues, relationship/communication difficulty, feelings of overwhelm,
OCD, ADD/ADHD and phase of life transitions.

I would describe my therapeutic approach as warm, client centered, collaborative and empathetic while empowering my clients to become the best versions of themselves. I always meet my clients where they are and firmly believe that they are the experts in their lives. We will work together to discover strategies, tools and solutions that work best for the client.
