Hi there,

Glad you're here. Glad you're taking some time in finding the right therapist. Very glad you're brainstorming plans, making changes and taking actions to improve. You've done one of the most difficult things, starting. Give yourself a pat on the back. A good, peaceful, serene life is available if you're willing to get it.

I've not been practicing for 20+ years. I've not been trained by a Freud, Jung, Rogers, or Beck. I'm not the expect in you. What I am is someone who is curious, intensely fascinated by human relationships, and flexible to grow to meet your needs.

My ideal client is someone who is willing to show up on good days, bad days, and indifferent days. Someone who is interested in growing. Someone who is curious to learn about themselves. Someone who is willing to be seen, heard, and understood. Someone who is open to discuss the big questions.

I can't guarantee "success". I can guarantee if you reach out to me, I'll give you my time, attention, care and concern.

Background and Credentials:
I graduated with a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018. I've worked as a school based therapist, intake coordinator, and outpatient therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate in North Carolina. I've provided therapy for a wide range of people of various ages, life circumstances, strengths and challenges. I have experience working with individuals overcoming challenges including addiction, depression, anxiety, isolation, anger, perfectionism, homelessness, re-entry, psychosis, trauma, and loss.
