We all face life struggles at different points in our lives, and the result of that can cause emotional distress or frustrations. I rely on various treatment modalities and techniques to help you address your concerns, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and problem-solving therapy. Some of the issues I have helped clients manage to include mood symptoms, life changes, or trauma.
