I believe in a client-centered therapy. This is your journey and it is my honor to be able to walk alongside you. I believe in using different modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and more so that I can match your needs for where you are today. I do not believe in a blanket way of approaching therapy, each client is unique. I am compassionate, caring, encouraging and want to empower you to keep working on yourself till you receive the results you are desiring. Remember, it’s all about progress and not perfection so we can take it one day at a time together.
