Hi, my name is Rachelle and I am a licensed mental health clinician in the state of Rhode Island. I have worked with adults for 13 years dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar, feelings of anger and/or hopelessness to name a few. I believe change starts from within and using therapeutic approaches such as Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps to bring out problem solving techniques and coping strategies to empower you to start making the changes you desire.

I also believe that progress in treatment is only successful when there has been positive growth in the client and they are able to use the tools developed in treatment on their own with minimal prompting. I am not a dictator, I am not here to tell you what to do. I want to collaborate with you, you are the expert of your own lives. I want to be here to work with you on developing techniques to help you accomplish the treatment goals that were developed in the beginning of your treatment service.
