I have worked with adults and families from all different walks of life. I've provided therapy in a variety of settings: in-home, public and private therapeutic settings including in-clinic and via telehealth. I believe that any person can heal, stabilize, and thrive. My approach is strengths based and empathetic. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy are two of the types of therapy I find most helpful to clients.
