Hi there, I'm Rachelle! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is licensed in the state of California. I have had the advantage of working in a field that brings me fulfillment as I get the opportunity to help others work through life's challenges communication difficulties, anger, anxiety, major depression, familial conflict, parenting issues/conflict career challenges, and high-risk self-injurious behaviors. My therapeutic style is to be engaging and empathetic and assist the client in identifying why they're in need of counseling services. My nonjudgmental approach helps you feel understood, heard, and secure, allowing you to feel comfortable sharing intimate concerns and worries. I utilize various modalities such as Cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution focused therapy, and Dialectic Behavioral Like therapeutic approach, along with a family systems approach to assist you in reaching your therapeutic goals.
