Sometimes you just need support in learning how to embrace and embody your truest, empowered self. Within the context of a safe, collaborative and reliable relationship we work toward your goals and with your feedback to craft a journey that is inspiring and leads to real growth. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (in NJ and PA) and Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology. For over 16 years, I've provided mental health therapy and wellness services in a variety of settings from psychiatric institutions, to college campuses, corporate settings and private practice. I've worked with adolescents, adults, athletes and corporate athletes, with an integrative style of therapy rooted in various mind/body centered, evidence based modalities. I've found great success in working with stress, anxiety and depression, with PTSD and trauma, and with peak performance. I'm also a certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki III practitioner. My gift is helping clients find freedom through integration and alignment. And my passion is watching you embody yours!
