I believe in the power of healing through the human connection. My style is to listen with compassion and empathy and to carefully work with you to identify areas in which you want to work on and help you achieve your goals. Opening up to a stranger can be difficult, but I hope to assure you that I am here for you and that I want to be there to help you get through life's ups and downs.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of Hawaii. I utilize an integrative approach to combine a variety of different evidence-based practices in order to deliver effective therapy that is customized to the individual. Some of the evidence-based practices used are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Experiential Therapy, Systems Theory, Client Centered, etc.
