I am a licensed therapist in Utah, North Dakota, and Minnesota with an advanced degree in grief and bereavement and specialization in positive psychology. I'm passionate about helping others not only heal from traumatic or stressful experiences but to find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can live a more fulfilling and peaceful life and strengthen their relationships. I have experience helping clients of all ages and backgrounds with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, depression, and life changes or transitions. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so I have been trained in a variety of modalities to best support and help those who are struggling.
