About

I am a mental health therapist who provides education and support to process thoughts, emotions, and behaviors related to a variety of mental health concerns. I have worked with teens and adults who have a history of trauma and need a safe place to work through their experiences and understand how they may impact their relationships, education or careers, and other life goals. I have experience working with individuals with sexual behaviors problems and increasing healthy attitudes and behaviors they are able to maintain as they transition through adulthood and stay out of trouble. I have also worked with individuals who struggle with healthy relationships and attachment due to childhood trauma in order for them to achieve their goals at successful relationships.
