Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Los Angeles with over 12 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients in various settings who experience a wide range of concerns such as: relationship concerns, family impacted by addiction, treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, mind-body connection, mindfulness, attachment issues, and trauma. I also specialize in multicultural and social justice issues, empowerment and resilience among people of color, and experiences of first generation college students.

My therapy style is warm and compassionate. I believe that we all have our healing journey and there is no “right way” to do therapy. I apply client centered practices, such as “meeting a person where they are at” and creating a safe space where understanding and empathy are the foundation of the session. My approach is centered in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques of living a values centered life while changing our relationship with difficulty internal experiences. I will ensure your voice is front and center in our sessions.
