About
I received my B.S. from the University of Tampa, and M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University. I completed my clinical hours at the University of Tampa’s counseling center, where I worked with college students treating a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and more. I have an honest, empathetic, and down to earth approach to therapy, where I make sure my clients always feel comfortable and open to being their authentic self. I am passionate about helping my clients not only with their mental health struggles, but helping them holistically achieve their best life. When I am not being a therapist, I like to cook, go to the beach, workout, hangout with my dog, meditate, and work on my own self-development which helps me help my clients.
