I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Alabama with 5 years of professional work experience working with individuals, couples and families. I also have experience working with children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral problems. I have treated clients with stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, communication issues, parenting issues, & difficulties with motivation and self esteem. I view problems through a systemic lens. I enjoy helping clients gain insight into how early life experiences and patterns developed in the past could be impacting their future. I believe that everyone deserves to have an active role in their treatment. It is important that your treatment plan is tailored to your unique and specific needs. I treat all of my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Deciding to go to therapy can be a hard decision.
