About

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience working with clients of all ages and at all levels of care. I obtained my bachelor's degree in psychology from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and I obtained my master's degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. I will meet you where you are at emotionally to work on building a strong foundation so we can work through the tough issues together that brought you to therapy. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which is very useful for clients suffering from various traumas, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. I am known for being a good listener, nonjudgmental, upbeat, and easy going. I look forward to meeting you and walking along side you on your journey to wellness. I am currently taking new clients and I am available to speak to you over video, phone, or through messaging.

I currently work in private practice and though those clients have priority for scheduling, I will do my best to work you in at a day and time that works best for you. I also have a young child that keeps my husband and I very busy on the weekends. I will do my best to check messages throughout the day but some days are busier than others. However, I do promise to reply to your message within 24 hours.
