I provide psychotherapy services in a compassionate and supportive environment. Together we will explore your goals, create a roadmap for progress and navigate the path towards increased well-being using a mix of evidence based therapeutic methods. Our relationship will be built on the four pillars of healing: safety, trust, support and hope. During individual sessions, there is a focus on identifying triggers, building resilience and developing healthy coping in a warm and encouraging therapy environment that is designed to refresh and renew clients. I am a Licensed Master’s Level Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master of Social Work degree at the University of Michigan with honors. I am trained in evidence based interventions that include EMDR, TF-CBT and DBT.
