I graduated with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Holistic Studies in 2007 and became licensed as an LMFT in 2011 and LPCC in 2012. Over the years, I have specialized in Anxiety Disorders and Perinatal Mental Health. I also have a great deal of experience working with teens and adults struggling with esteem, depression, insomnia, relationships, individuation, codependency, and assertiveness. My style integrates Mindfulness, a Client-Centered approach, and evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. I am an empathic, compassionate therapist that strives to provide the individual care, emotional safety, and attention that clients/patients deserve.
