I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. My counseling experiences include agency setting, as well as private practice, working with children, adolescents, & adults. I have worked extensively with depression, PTSD, anger management, anxiety, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, sexual trauma & domestic abuse.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, in that I am client-centered & solution focused, while often incorporating narrative techniques, as well as CBT. I consider the therapeutic relationship as the most important component of counseling and my priority is to provide a safe & authentic environment for both the client & the counselor.
