Hi, my name is Rachel Ferguson and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Illinois and Florida. I have 10+ years experience in providing counseling to adults with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, and trauma. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

I am here to listen to you and provide you with some tools and coping skills to help you overcome and manage the issues you are dealing with. My counseling style is direct and interactive. I want to encourage honesty and hard-work. Therapy takes time, but I believe it can make powerful changes in your life. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral principles and person-centered therapy. I will develop a treatment plan based on your unique needs and presentation.

Taking the first step in treatment is sometimes the most difficult. I am glad to be a part of your journey and look forward to working with you.
