I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with 10 years of professional work experience. I am passionate about supporting others along their journey to healing. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations with a focus on complex PTSD and co-occurring diagnosis, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I understand not everyone’s path to healing is the same and collaborate with my clients to think outside the box. I am an open-minded holistic practitioner and practice with dual modalities through incorporating practices such as nature therapy, meditation, mindfulness, and other holistic practices combined with more traditional methods/modalities.
