My goal as a therapist is to support individuals in navigating the many challenges that may be creating feelings of distress, a sense of despair, or general anxiety and overwhelm. Oftentimes we get stuck in our way of thinking and need help and support to gain the insight needed to experience positive growth. I work with clients in helping them gain awareness into thoughts and behaviors that may be self-defeating and work to create lasting change. I have experience working with individuals with a range of challenges including self-esteem, divorce, stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting concerns, and trauma. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities within a strengths-based approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness.
