My Personal Beliefs + Interests:
My journey to wellness did not begin until I was in my mid-20s. Despite having a well-paid career, travel, and a beautiful apartment in the New York metro-area, I was not happy. And yet, my calling to the therapeutic process came in the mid-90s when two friends recommended I seek therapy. After my own deep transformation, I made a conscious choice to use my life as my greatest teaching. My mission of creating a new life of healing led me to various tools and modalities that I utilize to this day for myself and my clients! ✨ Join me on the path to joy!
