My name is Rachel Stewart and I am a licensed professional counselor. I work with people who have been through trauma find safety and healing within their lives and their family system. My specialty is working with children and families. I utilize theraplay with my younger clients to help them process their feelings and learn coping skills while providing a supportive and educational environment for families to learn, heal, and grow together. I also work with people who experience depression, anxiety, and situational stress. My therapeutic style is eclectic and laid back, with a trauma informed background. I meet my clients where they are and strive to make counseling a relaxed and a safe experience. I have found no two clients are the same -their stories and lives are unique, and their counseling journeys will be too. We will collaborate together to create an environment that suits your needs.
