Hello, and welcome. Chances are, if you're reading this you are probably struggling with something and may be nervous to start therapy. You have made the first step, and that is wonderful as it is almost always the hardest.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and your alignment with your therapist is important, so choosing one may feel overwhelming. Below is a little about me, but I know it's hard to know how you will work with someone until you're speaking with them, so please know I am always happy to help you find the therapist who is right for you, even if it is not me. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon, and have been practicing social work for around six years. I have worked largely in rural communities and understand the problems that may arise for those who cannot easily access care due to a variety of issues. Throughout the years I have gained experience working in crisis situations, working with the legal system, and doing direct therapy. I am a very flexible therapist who is willing to simply sit and listen, but I am also very comfortable integrating treatment models, providing homework, or whatever you feel you may need. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and understand that some of the day-to-day struggles the community faces can be challenging.

Additionally, I have training in child therapy, have worked as a school social worker, and am comfortable with all ages of children. I also have experience working with women/AFAB individuals around a variety of issues, such as postpartum disorders, advocacy within the medical field, hormone concerns, and parenting.
