I'm a Licenced Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, who has 6.5 years of working with individuals struggling with a variety of different concerns including - depression, anxiety, stress management, addiction, family concerns, guilt and shame, and self-worth.

I believe in a person-centered approach - a focus on the individual, your specific goals and needs, and working together to meet your overall goals. Everyone is dealing with their own struggles on their own individual journeys, my goal is to help support them and assist them in coping with these struggles as best I can.

I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, while also focusing on that person-centered approach. No one can tell your story better than you can.
