Hi and Welcome, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Connecticut with 9 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in crisis. I have provided individual, group, and family therapy in a mental health agency setting while working with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, relationship conflict, and parenting struggles, and many more. My approach is tailored to each individual based on their specific needs, but is always warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Systems Theory in my work; however, I also incorporate other strategies such as skill building, mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Life is a journey that can feel overwhelming and lonely at times. It takes incredible bravery to recognize when you need help and to ask for it.
