I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to treating individuals of all ages ranging from 2-100, families, and couples. I have an Associate of Science degree in General Studies, from Northeast State Community College; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, from King University; and a Master of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. I have been working in the mental health field since 2013. What is your approach to therapy? My confidence ranges from working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, pre/post-divorce to postpartum, eating disorders and behavioral concerns in children (my speciality area). I have been certified in Parent-Child Interactive Therapy since 2019 and completed trainings in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Studies show that most individuals seek out therapy when they are in a state of crisis and when their bodies are out of homeostasis. I excel in helping clients return to their pre-crisis state.
