Hi! I’m Rachael. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado with 3 years experience as a therapist. I have experience in helping clients with sense of self issues, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, and intimacy related issues.

My therapy style is friendly, inviting, and welcoming. All emotions are welcome here and all feelings are valid. I use therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. When we meet, I will assess your needs and we can create a plan together based on your goals for treatment. I will tailor my approach to your needs and goals. Therapy will last as long or as short as you need it to, because you are the expert on your life. You will know when you are ready to take the tools and insight you have gained from our time together and apply them on your own.

Talking to someone about the most intimate details of your life and your most private thoughts and feelings is scary. It’s hard. I commend you for taking this step to prioritize yourself, allowing yourself this space to grow.
