I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New York. I have 20 plus years working as a therapist in various counseling, school, and mental health environments. I have worked with individuals of all ages and various concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, relationship issues, parenting issues, PTSD and life changes. My therapy style is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. My goal is to meet clients were they are at and help clients to formulate a plan on where they would like to be.
My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and mindfulness and grounding practices. I will tailor your session and treatment plan to each person's needs. I am here to help, support, and empower you to meet your goals and live a happier balanced life.
