I am a Licensed Psychologist with experience and specialty in working in community mental health implementing different working modalities focusing on the client’s strength. I incorporate a variety of treatments such as CBT, DBT, person-centered, creative therapies, and mindfulness-based interventions to suit the individual needs of each person. My focus will be on helping you heal and have personal growth and insight. Empathy is not just about thinking about what it might feel like but how you’re experiencing it in your own way. I believe that each person’s experience is different, and I will meet you where you are in the process. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey and provide a safe space to help guide you through your journey of self-discovery and healing.
