I accept adolescent and adult clients for telehealth art and talk therapy sessions without a waitlist! I provide a supportive and compassionate environment where individuals are empowered to express their authentic selves, cultivate self-love, and uncover their unique strengths. I utilize a person-centered, IFS-skilled, trauma-informed approach, however, I tailor each session to meet the individual's needs. With an M.Ed in counseling and art therapy, I integrate art therapy techniques for clients open to creative healing modalities. My experience spans various challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, identity, attachment, and relationship issues. In therapy, I prioritize compassion, emotional safety, and connection, creating space for individuals to discover their inner truth and develop the skills to navigate life challenges with confidence.
