About
My name is Quinche Tucker I am 37 years old. I graduated in May 2011 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University I am a Mental Health Therapist specializing in Cognitive – Behavioral and Person Centered Therapeutic Techniques. I have been working in the field for 9 years, I am confident in my therapeutic approach to working with families and children. I am highly driven to help other overcome personal obstacles. I strive to understand and demonstrate empathy to each and everyone of my clients. I go far and beyond to provide a nurturing and progressing therapeutic relationship with all of the clients that I am in contact with. I have the ability to work well with other co-workers at my job as well as supporting the community. I have been volunteering my time to the Southern Heights Community Center for 10 years, in which I work with a group of people that dedicate our time to reaching out to youth through speeches and programs. I am also an active soccer and softball coach, in which I strive to do my best at all times even when I feel no one is watching. Dedication, determination and progress is how I strive everyday to live my life. I am a role model in my job atmosphere as well as in the community. I strive for greatness. The dedication I value in my field motivated me to develop a program for Children and Teens titled " Relate Release Resolve your Anger". The program provides the opportunity for the youth to identify and process negative and positive cognitive and behavioral responses, while implementing exercises that have been developed to encourage cognitive processing while releasing anger an tension through physical exercises. I am very educated on the many struggles of single parent homes and the struggles of diversity in many different aspects. I look forward to working and walking with you through your journey and to be apart of seeing the desired changes you want for your life. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to work and walk with you on seeing the changes that you desire to see in your life.
