Hello. My name is Queena Howard, and I am a Board Certified, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I received my Master of Arts in Human Development Counseling from Bradley University in Illinois with a concentration in Community and School-Based Counseling. 20+ years of experience involved Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Anger Management, solution-focused therapy, Play Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Training, and Substance Abuse Counseling. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship that leads to the empowerment and growth of clients.
