I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey and have helped over 25 years in health care many battling with anxiety, depression, trauma from relationship to disease/end life issues. My bilingual and bicultural background in English and Chinese grants me an unique opportunity to serve the underserved because of language/cultural barriers. What is your approach to therapy? My style is non-judgemental, direct, motivational, and solution-focused. Everyone's story is unique, and every person deserves an individualized approach to their problems.
