Greetings! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families with ten years’ service in this very rewarding work. I work with everyone including People of Color, the LGBTQ+ Community, all religions and backgrounds, ages 5 to 95. I also created therapy groups to address Domestic Violence and Self-Esteem in addition to Parenting with Purpose, for those with ACS involvement and mandated to parenting classes by the court. I have significant experience addressing the effects of racism, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, family conflict and more.

My approach is client-centered, solution focused, narrative, mindfulness and CBT and always practice unconditional positive regard. I understand that due to Covid-19 many of you are working from home caring for others, and if a parent, home schooling your children, leaving little time for yourself. Therefore, I also offer early morning appointments, as early as 7am and late evening, as late as 9pm
