I am a licensed professional counselor in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area with 3 years of experience working as a rehabilitation counselor and life coach. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin Madison, and I received my Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Lakeland University. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma, emotional abuse, those with physical disabilities and those going through life transitions.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in getting to know you and offering a safe and non-judgemental space where we can work together and help you overcome life's challenges. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, solution-focused, motivational interviewing and person-centered therapy. I will utilize the best approach to help you achieve your goals.
