I champion the cause No Stigma. I believe that everyone deserves access to mental health services and to have that access with a limited wait time. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and stress management. I use person-centered approaches coupled with evidence-based treatment practice to help you achieve stability and realize the life you want. For me, this means taking the time to understand your needs truly. Each issue that brings a person into therapy is unique. I believe in employing equally special techniques. Expressive arts such as sand tray therapy (use of figures to represent life circumstances) can help draw conclusions and inferences about life situations and bring alternatives into view.
