Mrs. Humphries brings 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, college students, and adults transitioning into various stages of life and career changes. Primrose's practice uses the therapeutic approach that fits her client's needs; trained in several treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and a lifelong student of Humanistic and Existential psychology. Primrose is a certified Yoga practitioner, which allows her to incorporate yoga techniques, purposeful breathing, and intentional reflection through meditation.
