Congratulations on your decision to seek professional help! Sometimes, it is an easy decision, sometimes, it’s not. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have a wealth of experience working with adults, teenagers, children, and their families. I have helped many clients living with and/or experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, low self-esteem, and difficulty managing anger. My current work focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of depressive disorders. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. You are not your diagnosis! I provide clients with a counseling relationship that is collaborative, supportive, objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, as well as motivational interviewing to enable clients to better manage symptoms, improve their ability to solve problems, and work towards their goals. I work with clients for the purpose of treatment ONLY. I do NOT complete any type of paperwork or prepare any type of letters.
