Hello! I'm a fully licensed clinical psychologist based in Michigan. I received my doctoral degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2007. I also have a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling and a Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. My internship and fellowship were completed at Wayne State University and Children's Hospital of Michigan. I've worked at the University of California at San Francisco in their psychiatry department. I currently practice in Michigan, where I've been for the last 9 years.

Using a supportive and cognitive behavioral approach, I will partner with you to reach your goals. You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Life is full of confusion, transition, change, and uncertainty, particularly during this pandemic. Our connection will decrease feelings of isolation and loneliness. You are not alone! Together, we will work through this difficult time, whether it is situational or ongoing. Your job is to be honest and open-you know yourself better than anyone. My job is to listen, support your goals, and provide strategies based on your strengths. My specialties include: anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and young adult transitions.
