I have worked in the mental health field since 2005. I am a psychodynamic-relational trained therapist. I work with adults, families and children through a social justice and trauma informed lens. I provide treatment for clients in early recovery from substance use/PTSD; clients making life transitions; clients who would like to address early childhood trauma. I teach CBT to help clients decrease symptoms of depression and improve their self esteem. I utilize Mindfulness techniques to help clients learn and practice self compassion and self acceptance. I work with clients with court ordered treatment.
