As a certified integrative mental health professional and autism spectrum disorder clinical specialist, I use an eclectic approach of cognitive-behavioral and strength-based techniques to explore safe, effective, and affordable evidence-based holistic approaches to help individuals achieve optimal mental and emotional health and wellness. I have experience providing clinical consultation, individual and group clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults within a variety of clinical settings. I use a collaborative approach of cognitive behavioral and strength-based techniques to assist individuals with exploring the complex relationship between what we eat and how we think, feel, and interact with the world. Individuals can look forward to taking away concrete tools used in everyday life to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
