Whether the client in front of me is one person or a couple, I look forward to the opportunity to help people feel heard and validated. Helping people identify and express their needs is a favorite part of the therapeutic process. From there, people can begin to identify and set the boundaries they need, leading them to feel empowered within their relationships. My wish is to allow clients to identify and communicate their needs, set limits, and live the life they'd prefer without others' expectations or limitations. I love to watch the transformation as clients live in a way that allows them to feel confident. I am narrative and solution-focused at heart. The words we use to describe ourselves and our circumstances are powerful. Sometimes we forget that we have the solutions for any number of problems within ourselves. I want people to realize how much power they have to navigate their future. I understand that it can be intimidating to open yourself up to a stranger. I will do my best to ensure you feel comfortable sharing and making the changes you'd like at your pace.
