Bonjour, Hola, Chao, & Greetings!

My name is Sarah and I am a traveler and a people enthusiast. Currently, I am a Licensed Profession Counselor in the great state of Oklahoma. I have 6 years of experience as a counselor and 10 years of experience as a Special Needs and General Education Teacher. My experiences as both a teacher and counselor have varied across an array of settings, from rural to inner city populations. I have provided individual, group and family therapy in the private and outpatient services environment.

My therapy style and approach are very eclectic, influenced by a variety of theories. I believe every individual is unique and utilizing a variety of theories can better meet the diverse needs of diverse individuals. Building rapport and the therapeutic relationship is very important to me. Through collaboration, compassion and active listening, I hope together we can build on your own strengths and find your path to self-empowerment.
