Greetings. I am licensed as a clinical social worker in the great state of Virginia. I have more than 6 years of experience as a practicing social worker in civilian and veteran hospitals as well as private practice. I have successfully served, civilians, active military, and veterans who have dealt with a variety of challenges including sleep issues, anxiety, depression, marital, financial, and grief. Also, I have successfully worked with people who are experiencing difficulty in the natural transitions of life including health, grief and loss, and empty-nest-related issues. My approach to treatment is that you are the driver of the bus and I am here to help navigate to your desired destination.
