I am a mental health counselor licensed in Washington state with over 13 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including ADHD, opioid addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I have also assisted many people who have experienced physical and emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My training, life experience, and insight offer clients a unique opportunity to transcend current problems in the service of their own growth.
