I am licensed in Arizona with 7 years of professional work experience. I bring a mindfulness-based approach to working with depression, stress/anxiety, and anger management, as well as grief and loss. In addition, I utilize existential psychotherapy to work with adults in transitional life situations, especially mid- and late life- crises.
