Perhaps you’ve noticed feeling more anxious or depressed lately, but aren’t sure why, or what you can do to feel like yourself again. Perhaps you’re struggling with relationship tensions, feeling stagnant at work or find yourself just more generally in a rut. You may be feeling well overall but want to get a grasp on certain issues in your life, or your life might be in a state of crisis, as you struggle with the after-effects of trauma or major personal disruption. Now might be the right time to break free of those patterns and explore other ways of thinking, feeling and being in the world. I offer a non-judgmental space to learn more about yourself, what you want, and how to get there. My practice is depth-oriented; we work collaboratively to get to the root of your problems so you can move forward both with my help and on your own. We learn together to listen better to you so that you can come into a more solid and vital sense of yourself. I have a general practice in which I see adults of all ages with a wide variety of concerns and goals. But I also frequently work in particular with young professionals, artists and academics, as well as with people who have suffered from more severe and persistent struggles. Whatever the concerns, your problems and strengths will be taken seriously.
